Delivery

UK delivery is free on every record, with no minimum spend. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

• Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive within 2–5 working days.
• Records are sent from our fulfilment partner in protective packaging. If you order more than one record, they may arrive in separate parcels.
• You'll get an email as soon as your order is on its way.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged at the price shown when you order and ship when the record is released. If you order pre-orders and in-stock records together, the in-stock records are sent straight away and the pre-order follows on release.

If a release date moves, we'll email you. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return sealed, unopened records within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please get in touch before sending anything back.

If a record arrives damaged or has a pressing fault, email us a photo or a short description and we'll replace it or refund you, including the cost of postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
